| A senior consultant and instructor for over 20 years, Ms. Lapsley's current role with CCWA is as a Workforce Development Coordinator. She also presents workshops in business communication, customer service, and train the trainer. Ms. Lapsley has dedicated her career to helping organizations improve their performance through learning. A long-time instructional designer and technical writer and editor, she also developed and currently oversees CCWA's Customer Service Academy. Ms. Lapsley has worked in a large banking organization and as a marketing researcher and English teacher. She draws upon her combination of experiences as a trainer, writer, and business leader to design effective training programs and to present informative and lively learning experiences. |

| Personal Interests: In her leisure time, Ms. Lapsley has written 15 chapters of a novel, and she and her husband are working on a Virginia travel guide. She also enjoys photography, trekking around the mountains, scrapbooking, knitting, and reading. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
